Pretty much at a loss for words but here goes my best. Been in shock and pretty numb for the past few days l'm sure much like everyone else that knew Dave feeling your loss. Dave was a good friend and l'll cherish all the laughs we had over the years. My heart goes out to you Karen and your entire family.
