Sincere condolences on the loss of wonderful wife, mother, & grandmother. Growing up on Walthen Dr. in Charlottetown, our family knew hers since we were very young.Patsy was always a friendly, caring person.We met up, after years of not meeting, when the Cook girls and our girls took music lessons ! Patsy hadn't changed a bit.A marvelous quality.And very obvious that her family was her world.You are all in my thoughts & prayers at this very sad time.
