Dale was like a "big brother to me. in 1972 I was told that I had Hepatitis in my grade 12 year and Dale helped me learn to play guitar in six weeks and was one of the few that came to visit me as I was contagious, but that didn't bother him. He also helped me lots of times as I was a young guy trying to farm. He was a great friend and I will never forget him. even when I married the love of my life in 1979 Katherine and Dale sowed rice in my pants pockets, Love you Buddy.
