I am sorry to hear of Trudy's passing. I first met Trudy when I lived at the Huron House Boys Home. Trudy was more than a Secretary. She was kind, caring, wonderful lady who helped improve the lives of so many boys who came from challenging situations. Trudy made us all feel like we were special and could become successful in life by taking advantage of what Huron House had to offer. The day I left the Boys Home, Trudy came to me and gave me a hug, a kiss on the cheek, wished me well and to keep in touch. That meant so much and we remained friends. On behalf of all the generations of boys and myself, thank you. You meant a lot to so many young boys going through some tough times. You made a difference in many lives with your caring and great sense on humour. You will be missed. Thank you Trudy. Jeff Clarke
