My sympathy to Cecil’s entire family. I brought in some World, International and National softball tournaments to Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Cecil was of great assistance and provided also a Treasure trove of information. I found him to be a really knowledgeable and remarkable individual who was kind and of great assistance to me and my committees with hosting large World, International and National softball tournaments in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Cecil was the epitome of a real gentleman and needs to be remembered and cherished by all Prince Edward Islanders and Canadians. He was instrumental in Prince Edward Island being a host on the World sports stage. He will be well remembered by all of us who benefited from his assistance and knowledge on the International, National and Regional Sports stage. It’s people like Cecil who has made a difference in this Country and Province and he did it in a very kind and Professional manner.
