I have heard the sad news only few days ago and I am deeply sorry for your and the children and families lost. Know that someone from EHS wishes and prays that you find all kind of ways to support and carry you and your heavy-feel-like needs; whether those are physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Please, take care of yourself; welcome what others can do; do not rush to come back to work by guilty mind. There is a running gag (at least in the French Canadian menopause women community) : It takes the time that it takes!
