Our thoughts and prayers are with Fred's family. I've worked with Fred all over Atlantic Canada
with Transport Canada. We also played Softball for Telecommunications.
It was always a pleasure to be around Fred. He was positive and always had a big smile.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Fred. I worked with him years ago when he was with Transpot Canada. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.
