My sincere condolences to Linda, and the rest of Harold's family, on his passing.
I will miss Harold greatly, as will all the members of the railroad interest groups who knew him.
I will especially miss his company at the OVAR meetings, where he always had a pleasant greeting, for all his many friends.
Harold was a kind, and caring gentleman. May he rest in peace, and good memories of him remain with us all.
