Theresa, I'm so sorry for your loss. Jim was a wonderful colleague, manager and mentor at the Hamilton Youth Probation Office. A kind and compassionate man with a wonderful sense of humour. I will always remember his professionalism and his willingness to help the team. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.
