I knew Bill for approximately 45 years thru work at Bell Canada. Bill was determined, kind, helpful and loyal. We were able to play the odd game on Bill, but he was never resentful. At times he would try and get the best of you, but next day all was forgotten. He was a true friend to me, calling or visiting weekly when I was at low points during my struggles the last few years., and it was always appreciated. He always kept in touch. He was very determined, overcoming many hardships and accidents thru life, up to and including this last episode. Rest in Peace Bill, You will be missed
