Dearest Carruthers family it is with heavy hearts that we pass on our sincerest condolences to all of you. Dave was a colleague, confidant and a dear friend for more than 45 years. While we will dearly miss him we do have many, many wonderfully happy, and some times crazy, memories of our times together to keep him in out thoughts and close to our hearts.
