Ricky as I knew him was one of the funniest people ever. Always made me laugh. He became part of my family when my sister Nancy married his brother Henry. The Howie family is some of the best ever. God needed another angel... You'll be missed Rick and hug all our loved ones... Till we meet again... God is Good 😇
