I am so sorry to learn of Mrs. Brown’s passing. Please accept my most sincere condolences. Even though I have been retired from the bank for over 2 years, I still think of my favourite clients and you and Mrs. Brown are at the top of that list. May all the fond memories of your life together carry you through this difficult time.
