To all concerned: Sincerest condolences on Lillian's passing; may God rest her soul.
I fondly recall a Spring evening in 1957 when teens were gathered outside the Cozy Corner, specifically in the area of the telephone booth. Lillian and a friend were bike riding. The pavement surface still displayed considerable sand left over from the recent winter snow. Lillian came to a sliding stop in front of the Cozy Corner steps. Someone shouted to her: " Slow Down ! ". Lillian, in her inimitable fashion responded with: " Bite my (behind) ! ". It seemed like the proper response......I admired her.
It is said no one dies who is remembered with love. R.I.P. Lillian and may God bless everyone in your grief. 'This too, shall come to pass '. (Joe Stone)
