The Owen Sound Court could have proceeded with this because there's no statue of limitations on sexual assault, kidnapping and threatening.

I would agree this guy never seen justice for what he did on Oct 31 1975. Too bad.

This guy was a child molester he kidnapped and raped a young boy from Owen Sound ont Oct 31 1975. The incident was reported to the Caledon O.P.P. June 2002 This idiot got off lucky due to the case was too old to proceed according to the Crown Attorney of the Owen Sound Court.
