Dear family of Stephen, I am truly saddened to have heard today that Stephen died at the beginning of this year. I send you my heartfelt condolences and may the memory of him comfort you and give you strength to cope with his loss. I was a customer at the store and Stephen and I had many interesting conversations. His kind, generous and gentle spirit was always present and I really appreciated the care which he always offered. I am very sorry not to have known earlier, but I send you my sincere sympathy. He was a special guy and rather a rare find in this day and age, if I may say so. My thoughts are with you all.
