Well just got notified about Philip death so sad my sympthany to the Noonan family mr Doug Noonan from Belleville I believe I went to school with all of mr Russell Noonan’s family Doug Noonan

Lorraine & Family: My deepest sympathy to you all in the loss of your loved one. Phillip was a wonderful man. I will always remember the good chats & smiles that Phillip & Elaine & I had at Andrew & Sandra’s from time to time when Elaine would be in Albany looking after Alex, Kevin & Alicia for a weekend. Great memories. You are in my thoughts & prayers. Love Kay
