Bill, James, Brian and family. It is with much sadness that we learn of Kathy’s passing. Kathy was a beautiful person who inspired everyone around her. She lovingly influenced many positive initiatives when she served on Oakville Council. But her most wonderful legacy is the one she leaves in her children and grandchildren. It is our hope that your memories of great time spent together are a comfort to you now.
