I had the pleasure and enjoyment of meeting and working with Pete in the RCMP in Weyburn, when the Force Policed the City. We shared good times and rough times and it was always good to be on the mid-night shift with Pete, as he loved to take on all comers when there was a brawl in the Dixon Cafe, or the Pubs.
We both had the good fortune to marry Weyburn and Radville girls, and went to each others weddings. We also kept in touch as Veterans, and Pete will be remembered as a dear comrade and friend. God bless Gloria and his family! Barrie & Pat Nowell........... Reg. # 18794.
