Auntie Florence, you were such a gracious lady with boundless energy, a wonderful laugh and you were a great cook.

I remember well your puffed wheat cake, your matrimonial squares and your carrot pudding and warm caramel sauce at Christmas. I even have your recipe.

You are now our guardian angel. I love you. xo
