Je voudrais dire à la famille de Carole que lorsque j'ai reçu son dernier appel, j'ai clairement entendu son appel au secour et j'ai fait en mon possible et tout mon pouvoir pour prévenir son conjoint. Je suis désolée de cette malheureuse situation et je vous offre mes plus sincères condoléances. Carole tu es libre maintenant de tes souffrances, part le coeur léger et en paix et apaise ton coeur lourd de cette peine....
