J'ai eu l'honneur de travailler quelques années avec Raymond au bureau du MAPAQ de Carleton en compagnie de Roland Comeau. J'en garde le souvenir d'un homme toujours jovial et fort attachant. Mes plus sincères condoléances à toute sa famille.
