I was so sad to hear of Robert's death. I recall being in his company so often, when his family and mine lived in Churchill Falls. Robert was a fine man. He loved his family, and was very proud of each of his children. I feel lucky to have been gifted with one of his paintings-a covered bridge. I'm sure that he will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. I will be one of them.
