My Deepest Sympathy to the MacDonald Family on Lloyd's passing. He was like a Brother to me and I'll miss our chats on Concerts, Music, Drag Racing and reminiscing about our time at CBC. We have been friends for over 35 years and I'll miss him dearly! Until we meet again my Brother. Love you! Steve

My sincere condolences to the MacDonald family. Lloyd was a good friend when we both worked at CBC. We had such great chats and lots of laughs when he would edit my TV stories in edit suite "B". Even under a time crunch he was always calm and I knew I could count on him. He was the most patient main who always made time to listen. He didn't judge or lecture, but helped me and others work things out for ourselves. I used to bring him yellow beans and shortbread cookies at Christmastime. He loved those. Lloyd was so proud of his kids and talked about them all the time. He worried about them of course, as a Dad, but so happy to watch them grow into self-sufficient adults. He also talked about his visits with Barb and how much he valued the time they spent together. Lloyd had such a big heart and a wonderful laugh. I shall always remember him with a smile. I'm sorry he was taken from you so young. Take care all. Sally Pitt
