Beautiful tribute of your sweet Poppy. My Dad Gerry Carragher worked with Neil !! Heaven will have some great stories when these guys meet. They sound so much alike. RIP Neil ❤️

Dear Jessie and family..I was so sorry to hear of Neil’s passing..I have known Neil for a number of years..We had some great laughs over the horse races and politics on Saturdays at the track..Great Guy he was. Condolences to all the family. RIP my friend.. Dennis Hughes
