Alastair... my friend, I'm truly saddened to my core to hear this news. I'm in a shock, I'm sorry for not keeping in touch and even more sorry for not being able to meet with you. May you rest in peace my old friend. Your cd's always be a very cherished item for me now. Miss you brother. My prayers are with you and your family.
