Dear Lynda, Marilyn, Michelle, Scott & Jennifer and Zachary. Please accept Helga's and my sincerest condolences due to the loss of Art. You were our extended family for many years and we share your grief. One of the most memorable times spent with Art was our trip to Boston where we attended the game at Fenway, had drinks at Cheers, took a side-trip to Martha's Vineyard, culminating in a memorable supper at an Ocean side restaurant at Wood's Hole - Cape Cod. Best time ever! My numerous golf trips with Art were punctuated with light hearted repartees and laughter. One time in Georgia we were playing an exclusive club which doubled as a golf academy. A young teenage Korean student teed off in front of us and she hit the ball a mile. Art exclaimed, "wish I could play just like her." I remarked, "Art you would have to have rich Asian parents, speak Korean and be transgendered!" to which he replied, " don't you mean transvestite?" to which I responded, "no that means wearing clothes of the opposite sex." He thought for a moment and then said, " you mean just like when you wore Helga's pink raincourt on our fishing trip!" We looked at each other for a second and then broke up laughing. Going to miss you Art a lot!!
