Judy, Charlie, Fred, Dave & families,

Sorry to hear of the passing of your father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather.

I remember your family when you lived at Palermo and my family lived on Tremaine
Road. After my Mom moved to live in Durham and John lived at the retirement home, he use to call her periodically to have a little visit and catch up on the news of both of our families. Mom use to tell us of the phone calls as they made her very happy that he would take the time to call her.

Cherish all of the good memories your family spent with John and Betty over the years.

John was a wonderful man. He and Betty were great friends with my parents (John and Annie Irvine) .
I used to visit John when I would go to see my mom in Caressant Care. He was always so positive and cheerful.......never a complaint! He will be missed.
