It was with great sadness that I learned of Ted's passing this evening.I respectfully offer my heartfelt condolences to Janet and the whole family.
I owe Ted Gibb a great debt, as he let me take the helm of Adult Technical Education at the GA Wheable Centre, in 1990. He was a knowledgeable and kind mentor who remained my friend and confidante, while he captained the new Technology ship for the London Board at the Education Centre.
I am so sorry that my friend Ted was not able to enjoy a long, satisfying and well earned retirement.
