I had the privilege of meeting Shirley when I was a member of the Clairion Symphony chamber chorus. We sang together in the Alto section of the choir. I became a very good friend of Shirley and always kept in touch with her. We had some very awesome and enjoyable visits over the years especially because of our mutual love of music and the church. I had been thinking of Shirley just recently as we had not visited in the last few months. Please know that she has always been in my thoughts and prayers and that I was always in hers as well.
