Dear Sheila, I will really miss Bob so much, and all the fun we had playing cards and traveling trips we did around the world! All we have is pictures and memories of each of us in the good times. I hope Marilyn and Bob are in happy place looking down at us with our broken hearts! We miss them so much. Love always, Bill Check

I only knew Bob for a short time, but I enjoyed this soft spoken man very much. We went to a Sting game on night and all we did was talk. We rarely looked at the players at all. He suggested books I should read and I would tell him the books I read. We discussed the true reality of what is going on in the world and his perspectives were on the mark. I am so very sorry that I will never have the chance to speak with this man again and hear his perspectives on the world.. I am certainly diminished by his passing.

My sincere condolences to Bob's wife Sheila and family, I met Bob as a member of the YMCA, I always enjoyed speaking with him, he loved history and recommended quite a number of good book reads, he participated in a lot of classes which was great, he will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Bob's passing. He was very giving to his stepchildren, remembered by his son Mark, and Mark's mother Joyce.
