Dear Marnie, Kay and Family Our sincerest and deepest condolences on the loss of a wonderful, caring Doctor who delivered my eldest daughter successfully despite all the complications encountered during my pregnancy. I am in such shock at the loss of a remarkable man who was so full of vigour for life, love for family and friends, and compassion for all he served over so many years. I will always be grateful for our times together playing hockey, and sometimes having one too many martinis! I feel so privileged to have known Rex for so many years, and just say that my thoughts and my heart are with all those who have loved and lost him
