& laughed about our good fortune. bob was a true friend!! i will miss him

& said he would look after it. with that we offered ross a beer

& me because on one occasion bob got a parking ticket at the beer store. after examining the ticket we discovered it was dated in error. we presented it to the land lord, who worked in traffic court. he also noted the error

Bob Dulong & i began our teaching careers at the same time. we lived together in toronto for summer school. when it came time for teacher's college we lived in london with a policeman
