During that time, I have witnessed the amazing, positive impact that she had on the people around her. Her kindness, genuine warmth and sense of humour, helped to make our office a pleasant and fun place to work. She was well-respected as a professional and always went the extra mile to support her colleagues and clients. Carole was a very compassionate person - always willing to lend an ear or provide a shoulder to lean on when needed. We will miss her dearly.
