It is with great saddness that I learned of Roger's passing today from a former colleague of mine. Of the many Principals I had during my teaching career, Roger was the finest both professionally and personally. I fondly remember the time he and his family visited me in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Roger was forward thinking in his view of education and willing to approve of my many field trips. He will be sorely missed by those who knew and ;loved him
