Dear Mary, Pillip and family
A very special person is missing, for a lot of us. I shall always remember his kindness and laughter. I will also remember him saying to me one day, while working on the Lanc, in the very early years when he first came to C.W.H., that all were equal on the crew no matter how important or simple a job may be. A lot of us knew nothing when we first started but he spent time making us feel important. The Lanc is what it is to-day because of Norm. I will always have wonderful memories of he and your mother
