Our grandmother Eleni was one of the most caring, loving and strong people to exist. Us grandchildren could not have asked for a better woman to call "yiayia". She was truly the glue that held our family together. Even though the Greek language was sometimes difficult to understand, her love for us was crystal clear. We are so thankful for the countless, beautiful memories we were able to share with her. Despite our broken hearts filled with sorrow, we do know she is still with us. Yiayia is now resting with our Papou, watching over us, looking out for us, and of course making sure we keep our house tidy. Her life on earth may have came to a closure, however her time in heaven, like our deep love for her, will be everlasting. We miss and love you beyond words Yiayia.
