Louie and Angelo have been part of my life since 1973, that's when my Aunt, Eileen Newton, worked as a waitress and later on my cousin Libby worked there aswell. I remember when the motel was at the forefront of the property and the café, The Orchard, was at the back. When the motel was knocked down, the Orchard was built in its present location. There was a back entrance where there were the old style counter stools where my cousin Bill and I often sat and enjoyed a plate of fries. Louie always sat in the same booth and was always welcoming to everyone. He knew how to keep his customers happy and keep them coming back. He generosity was endless. He was quite a large part of the beginning of Mississauga going from a town to a city. He will most certainly be missed by all who knew and respected him. My deepest sympathy and most sincere condolences go out to Louies family.
