Dear Elli and family; I'm sad to hear of Aunt Rhoda's passing. My sincere condolences go out to you all. I have fond childhood memories of her and Uncle George's summertime journeys to the old home place on Grammy and Grampys farm in NS during the '60's and '70's. And later as an adult during my occasional visits to Fort Erie. I always enjoyed Uncle George's fire side story telling in their cozy family room as Aunt Rhoda prepared one of her beautiful meals in her perfectly charming and bright kitchen. They both had a wonderful way to always make me feel welcomed and special in such a large extended family.
