Dear Duncan,
Sincere Sympathy for the loss of Lorraine, your beautiful wife. I considered her a friend because we, the girls from breakfast, on every Friday, have good souvenirs of her. We loved Lorraine and she will be missed. She loved you dearly as she spoke of you quite often.
So sorry I will not be able to be at the funeral because my uncle of 97 years old has his funeral at 1 o’clock on the same day.
