Je viens d’apprendre le décès de Louis. Un ami et collègue de l’ancienne sous-division d’Ottawa. Louis avait toujours un bon mot à dire pour tout le monde. Parti trop jeune!
Ma conjointe se joint à moi pour offrir nos plus sincères condoléances à son épouse, ses enfants et à toute sa famille. RIP
