Doris was my first boss at the City...we have known each other for 38 years. She was my mentor, friend, confidante, and surrogate mother. She believed in me when I didn't believe in myself, and has taught me so much! I admired her greatly, and truly valued our friendship. Rest in Peace my dear friend, you are truly missed!

Doris and I knew each other since the 1950's. We worked together for the Assessment Dept when it was a City Department. Later we wound up both transferring to Social Services and again worked together. I admired her greatly and considered her a friend. She was a lovely lady who will be sorely missed.
