We were 3, the three Musketeers you could say at Northern Secondary High School in Toronto. Andreas, Joe and I seem to be inseparable during those years. Joe drifted away after graduation. Andreas and I remained very close friends throughout the years. When he moved to Vancouver Island, I took the bus and went to see him in Bowser where he had bought a home. We kept in touch throughout the years. When he moved back to Ontario, we would talk on the phone often about our High School years and his life in BC. I have lost a dear friend. Andreas will always be remembered as a kind person ready to help others. I have to chuckle at this, during our 4th. year high school final math exam, Andreas knew that this was my worse subject. He said let's sit in the back of the room so that our math teacher won't see us. As he was writing the answers of the test he put his answers as close as possible to the edge of his desk so that I could copy the answers. I graduated from High School thanks to the good heart of my friend. Rest in Peace, ol'buddy. You will be missed.
