We are saddened by Jamie's passing. I was a patient of his. He was kind, considerate caring & most of all conscientious. My husband, Phil, my daughter Tammy had the pleasure of working with him at the hospital. He will be sadly missed by all. Our heartfelt sympathies to Michele
