Doug always impressed me with his hearty laugh and his quick wit, on our frequent fishing forays. These jaunts were more about having a good time, not about the number of fish caught. When Larry or Lynn Lennox, accompanied us it was a genuine laugh-fest. If nothing else, it relieved the tensions of that time of our lives.
Doug will always be remembered for his kindness, compassion and his always upbeat, demeanour.
He was a good person, indeed ! He will be missed.
