Since I have only known for a couple of days now, I can finally say what I can. Mike, we haven't seen or talked for years, but I knew, and now know, you have become that man you wanted, and I am truly saddened that I can now not know more. I trust God has his plans, and unfortunately for us here, those plans must need you to fulfill them. My deepest condolences to your wife Joy, and your children, as well as the many, many friends you made. You will continue to be in my thoughts, and on the "flip-Foulline" right beside me.
