Dear Mrs. Fielding and Family,
My deepest sympathy to everyone in the loss of such a kind and thoughtful person. He was my Biology teacher at New Germany Rural High School in the 1950's. He gave my Grade 12 class the best day of the whole school year when he took us, on a Saturday, to Cape Split. I shall never forget the taste of hot dogs boiled in Bay of Fundy water over a bonfire.

May you treasure your memories and I am sure he taught his children and grandchildren so much about all those species of trees he planted. I hope your happy memories will comfort you in these sad times.
