What a wonderful man Phil was. I had the honor and pleasure of meeting him through the organization of UCT, an organization of People Helping People that he served for 61 years. Thank you Brother Phil and may you R.I.P. my friend. Sincere condolences 🙏 to the Dauphinee family.
