Alan & Sue & families - how terribly sad we are to hear Edie passed away. A life well lived is right! We always admired that about her, that she loved life, was so vivacious, intelligent & such fun to be around. How we will miss dropping in to see her in Two Islands. Such a lovely soul & friend. To all of Edie's family, Maurice and I would like to offer our sincere sympathies on the passing of Edie. She was quite the gal and we thought the world of her. Norman King has been a long time friend and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Edie over the years they were together. We stayed in touch through many wonderful phone conversations between Manitoba and Nova Scotia. Edie did it "her" way right to the end. We are so thankful that she was able to continue living on her own and that she was able to go to her most loved camp for as long as she did. She certainly was a great woman and we will miss her.
