I was saddened today to hear the news of Scott's passing a couple of weeks ago. I met Scott through his work as he was the agent who sold me my recent tickets. I remeber thinking how kind and helpful he was. He was so easy to talk to. This is devastating news. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. I will always remember him.
